New patient FAQs

What does the new patient special include?+

The $47 special (a $325 value) includes a comprehensive consultation, an orthopedic/neurological examination, and a personalized treatment plan report. It does not include treatment. It's for new self-pay patients only, so it can't be used with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, workers' comp, or auto-accident (PIP) claims.

What should I bring to my first visit?+

Bring your ID and insurance card (if you're using insurance), and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake paperwork — or fill it out ahead of time if we send it over.

How long is the first appointment?+

Plan for about 45–60 minutes so we have time for a complete consultation and a thorough orthopedic and neurological exam, then a clear explanation of what we found.

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?+

For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft "pop" as pressure releases from a joint — that's normal and not painful. We tailor every technique to your comfort and explain what we're doing first.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?+

No. Florida is a direct-access state, so you can book with us without a referral from your physician. If your specific insurance plan requires one, we'll help you sort it out.

Is chiropractic care safe?+

Yes. Chiropractic is a widely recognized, conservative, drug-free approach for many musculoskeletal conditions. After your exam we'll flag anything outside our scope and refer you to the right provider when that's the better path.

Do you take insurance?+

We accept many major plans and also offer affordable self-pay options. Send us your insurance details and we'll verify your benefits before your visit — no surprises.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?+

Yes — chiropractic care is typically an eligible HSA/FSA expense. We accept HSA/FSA cards along with all major credit cards and cash.

How many visits will I need?+

It depends on your condition, how long it's been going on, and your goals. After your exam we recommend a specific, time-bound care plan and explain the reasoning — there's no open-ended commitment.

Can children and pregnant patients be seen?+

Yes. We offer gentle care for kids and expecting moms, with techniques always adapted to be safe and comfortable for every stage.
